Senegal’s tropical weather makes the country a great destination especially with the country’s paradisiac beaches. The West African beaches in the country welcomes surf lovers from all over the world, families who enjoy the trip of a lifetime and all kinds of beach lovers. Below are some Paradisiac beaches you can visit in the country largest city and capital, Dakar.
The African Renaissance Monument is located in Ouakam neighborhood in one of the busiest areas of Dakar, the country’s capital, the access to visit the monument is free with a ticket entrance to visit the interior of the statue with a museum about African history and an observation deck at the top of it offering breathtaking skyline landscapes.

The neighborhood is situated between other two well known neighborhoods Yoff and Ngor both having one of the best beaches in Dakar including their beautiful islands with the same name offering a great circuit for visitors and locals in the area.

If you are driving or if you grab a taxi or choose to use local transportation riding on a bus to visit the monument, there is no way to miss the directions.
